* The play equipment is designed for 3-11 year olds, who also measure up to 4’9’’ in height. Any one above the height can be allowed into the play pit only at the managers discretion, which is delegated to the most senior member of staff on site at the time. There is a strictly no adult policy in place, and we will not allow adults onto the play equipment while open to the public. Again, only at the managers discretion, which is delegated to the most senior staff on site at the time, can an adult be allowed on to the equipment while open to general public. This does not apply to exclusive hire of the centre, and exclusive parties. Play is limited to one and a half hours during busier times of business.
